Some items, for example, the baked apple, are cooked by putting the apple on an open flame rather than a cooking pot. The following cooking recipes do not provide any buffs. However, the recipes below are far more potent and will also restore much more health. If you check out the section of this walkthrough that explains how status buffs work, you can simply cook one of any item that contains the keyword and it will create a cooked version that gives you the buff. You should also be aware that you do not need to use any of the recipes below to get a meal with a certain buff. The recipes below are broken up into sections to explain what you get for certain ingredients. You can save a lot of time by learning how these work before wasting time hunting down specific ingredients when you could replace it with something similar and get the same result.
